How much seasoning are you using?

I'm going to try green beans with a little garlic tonight but prior to this he's only had cinnamon. We love seasoned/spicy food so I'm kinda anxious to get the ball rolling but I don't want to overwhelm him.

Any seasoning horror stories?

We've used fresh garlic, basil, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom ... We haven't tried anything with real spice though.

I thought this as well. We have just done straight pureed vegetables with no seasoning at all.

I've read that you can introduce it like you would a new food; every few days. I want to introduce it so I can expose him to flavor and not have one of those kids who will only east really bland foods like pasta with a touch of butter. yuk!
