Has this happened to anyone?

I'm 14w5d and I can't find the heartbeat with my doppler. I last heard it on Thursday or Friday (Feb. 11 or 12). I have been able to hear it since about 10 1/2 weeks. This is my second pregnancy and I never had this trouble or scare with my daughter who's almost 2. I'm going to call the doctor as soon as they open, but if anyone can ease my fears or give me their thoughts it would be appreciated.

    Babies move around a lot at that stage.  The baby could actually just be moving away from it.  It happened to me.  If you are really concerned id call the doc =)

    i never heard my DDs heartbeat with the home doppler, so i dont even try with this one.

    I still had problems finding my lo's hb at that point. Sometimes I would just cry out of frustration.

    Don't stress over it!! You are going to cause your lo undue stress.  Babies are very active and very tiny at almost 15wks.  Home dopplers are frowned upon by most doctors for this very reason.  I used to work in an ER and we would have women come in freaking about this all of the time and sure enough I would find the FHT's on the first try. Wink

    the baby is moving! And try using more ultrasound gel- i find when i dont use enough i cant hear it.
