Re: OB?

  • I got to the Manchester Obstetrical Associates here in Manchester, of course.  :)  They are connected directly to the Elliot and I've had the best time there, I never have to wait and they've always been cordial and very easy to work with.  We had a hard time finding one at first, as they were all very grumpy or wanted money immediately up front before even looking at me.  The MOA will work a payment plan with you throughout your pregnancy if you have a copay and they are an exceptionally nice group of people.  I've also never had to wait more than ten minutes to get into my appt.  Apparently, alot of people have been having problems in this area with waiting for their appointment when they actually arrive to it.
  • Dr, Montanarella at Dr. Montanarella and Associates.  I LOVE that office.  Linda Griffiths, one of the midwives, is amazing.  SO gentle and nice, she's one of those ladies you just want to hug every time you see her.  The office is right across the street from the Elliot, which is nice.  MJ even met me at the office for a special visit on a Saturday morning when she was getting out of a 24 hour hospital shift to fix a saroma that had developed after my c-sec.  And her bedside manner is wonderful.  I was her first set of spontaneous triplets in her own practice and she was just tickled by it.  They're so down to Earth and nice and accomadating.  Love them!

  • I go to Harvard Pilgrim OB in Nashua.  They use Southern NH Medical Center for a hospital and they have a great NICU.  I also have a high risk pregnancy and they are VERY comfortable dealing with it.  They always answer questions, and they a maternal fetal specialist that is one of the best in the state.  They are very easy going and helpful and while they are clearly concerned for me and my baby, they are not making me feel like I could die or lose this baby at every turn.  They have early morning appointments too, which is great for me because I can still get to work on time!
