Do I have to tell work before I announce it on FB?

I am only friends with my pharamacist at work and I know she is working now and will be there in the morning. The others don't work at my store. I am so bad with secrets/suprises. I think if it's out in the open it will feel more real to me. I still don't believe it. I even told my NP today that I am so much more relaxed this time around and she is happy about it. She said pregnant women today are so paranoid and are calling constantly. I know I have waited this long and one more day won't kill me.
