She left behind her "husband", her daughter Sylvia whom is 4yrs old and her son Christopher who is almost 2. I am pretty sure that her "husband" will not be keeping the kids and will probably no longer be in the picture at all. Sylvia is not his, her dad killed himself when she was a few months old, so she lost both her parents now.

IF he goes at this point he isn't worth trying to hold on to. There will be a hero in all of this. When families go ka-bluey and children get hurt, there is almost always a hero. Have faith.

That is very sad. I'm so sorry.

The same thing happened when my cousin passed away 10 years ago, leaving behind her 6 year old daughter. My cousin's "husband" didn't want the responsibility of raising a kid that wasn't his and her real father hadn't been around since she was a baby. Even her grandmother (who was only in her 50's and in good health) didn't want to take her. My parents got legal custody and have been raising her ever since.
