I was wondering if anyone here has had success with intralipid
infusions. I had a loss in November and have since tested positive for
Natural Killer cells (white cells that think the embryo is a foreign
entity and attack it). My doctor recommends intralipids and prednisone
to suppress my immune system the next time I become pregnant, which in
itself is unlikely naturally. My DH also has low
count/motility/morphology and needs corrective surgery. So the fact
that we got pregnant once on our own was a miracle... Anyway, any
advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Re: Immune issues and successful pregnancy - repost from Success after IF
I wish I had a success story for you, but I'm not in the same situation. I've been on prednisone for most of this pregnancy, but for a totally different reason. I will say that it's a rough drug, and I hope you don't have to be on it for long! It makes you puffy and it's tough to sleep while you're on it - but it is safe for the baby and does suppress an overactive immune system.
I just wanted to say that I hope you get your sticky baby soon and wish you the best of luck.
