I call it fried macaroni, but it?s really fried bow tie pasta.
You cook your bow tie, drain it, dip it in beaten eggs, then smother it in seasoned bread crumbs. Then fry. I guess you could bake it too?
Dip it in marinara or alfredo sauce. CARB HEAVEN.
Damn I can?t wait to go home now.

I?m not kidding, it?s my favorite thing on earth.
But I double dip mine cause I like extra breading on it, so it looks a lil diff than this.

The pic is without sauce. I don?t add the sauce on it. I dip it.
Yep, the outside is crunchy and the pasta is soft. It will change your life.
Oh yeah and sprinkle parmasean and some green stuff to make it pretty after you fry it.
