I'll admit, I used to do that when I was younger. I thought it looked cool but now when I look back, I'm like, "WTF were you thinking?" and I get annoyed when other people do it.
I must be the speshal snowflaak because I don't get it. Why don't you like the & symbol? Or do some people use it two times? In which case, I don't know why they would either.
I'm talking about people who use it twice. I saw my 16 year old cousin use it on her facebook status. Then I noticed an ex co-worker who is 18 use it also.
I was wondering if there was some hidden meaning behind it or if the kids these days just think it looks cool to do it twice???
I think she's maybe referring to FB. ?I would have NO idea of what she was talking about if I didn't have a 16 yo?cousin who is?constantly spelling words wrong "boyfrand" and using && and weird things like that.?
My?cousin's FB status with say "Hangin' wit Karlee && waitin on tha boyfrand" all the time. ?Drives.Me.Bananas!

In programmer lingo, it means "logical and."
But I don't think that how/why teens use it. I've never noticed it on here.
Yes, WHY would one do this, hmm?
