Fill me in on the bachelor last night (some spoilers)

I watched the Olympics so I DVR'd Bachelor but won't get around to watching it for a few days.

What was up with Ali calling?

How did Gia react to being sent home?

Did Jake and Vienna have anymore of a connection or was it still super weird and awkward?

Feel free to add anything else!

    What was up with Ali calling?  Well she asked to come back and Jake said no, he was now further along with the other girls.  Though if you read the spoiler website, they say that their source has said (got that) that she was told to call by the producers and it was set up.  Her job situation had not changed so she really had no intention of coming back and Jake knew that. 

    How did Gia react to being sent home?  Kinda stunned but not over emotional.  How she has been this whole time really.

    Did Jake and Vienna have anymore of a connection or was it still super weird and awkward?  They got it on the whole time and she put on some weird slip thing and shut the bedroom door.  So I guess there was some "connection there"  Jake just kept saying she was hot.

    Feel free to add anything else!

    What was up with Ali calling? She wanted to come back, of course, she said that she regrets leaving so much and knew right away she made a mistake. He said that he loves the other girls too much and they are "too far into it" for him to have her come back.

    How did Gia react to being sent home? She was pretty ok with it, it seemed. She said that if she thought he was making a wrong decision, she have told him but she didn't. She was upset, of course, but she wasn't lunatic-like.

    Did Jake and Vienna have anymore of a connection or was it still super weird and awkward? I thought it was weird..she was a total tramp. She changed into lingerie immediately when they go to the hotel.

    Ali was begging to come back of course (you'd think the producers could come up with a new twist this time!)

    Gia cried and then turned martyr-ish saying how she was happy because he had two other wonderful women.

    Vienna is uber creepy as always.  She brought lingerie for the romance suite.  I don't see how Jake likes her so much.

    Not important to the show, but this episode was filmed in St. Lucia - the date with Gia starts with them on this gorgeous mountain.  DH and I climbed it on our honeymoon!  We could see our honeymoon resort behind them and it really made me wish we could go back.

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    I've been following it sporadically but Vienna is unattractive and I think she's playing up to Jake.  She seems to be brainless and why does she look like she shops at Deb?  She's not even a real blonde especially with those roots...she needs a total makeover and she's NOT hot!

    Gia didn't seem too bothered. I think she really didn't want to be there.

    I reallly think Jake is a weeny..I don't like him at all. Vienna looks and acts trashy. She tries to be high class but I think she is trash! imho.

    It is like Mr Boring who never had a date in high school, and I am thinking beyond, meets super slut bleach blond (and I might add badly) and lets see how stupid we can be together. They replayed how she "saved" him on the bungy jumping bridge and how he thinks she so awesome. She drools over him and acts all desperate. Just dumb to think once this show is over you will EVER have anything in common. Oh and then to spice it all up - pipe in an instrumental of On the Wings of Love, so if you were not already on the verge of vomiting you will be now.

    Oh and if I had to hear how he was in love with ALL three and then add in Ali - he was in love with her last week, but not this week because he has gotten soooooo much farther with the other girls - one more time in the 2 hours, I would have flown to St Lucia and smacked him! Lust, Jake, LUST not love.

    Ditto on other posters. I just wanted to add that after Vienna's hometown date my sister started calling her Florida Swamp Barbie which I think is hilarious!

    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

    i stopped watching after last week because it was just depressing me. vienna makes me want to gag. and gia was my favorite out of the three left, so i'm glad i didn't have to watch her get sent home.

    This part was the funniest to me last night.  I died laughing when that came on.  This show is just so crazy and sad.
