I currently see Dr. Lui at the Women's Group of Northwestern. If you currently see a doctor at the Women's Group how is your experience? Are you able to have your questions answered quickly? Do you feel like the doctors give you enough individual time?
Since I now live in Evanston I am thinking about switching to the Midwest Center for Woment's Healthcare, does anyone have expererience with Dr. Warner? How is her bedside manner? Would you reccomend her.
Any insight on either practice would be really appreciated.
Re: Women's Group of Northwestern vs. Midwest Center for Women's Healthcare
I see Dr. Venkatchalam (or "Dr V" for short) over at the Women's Group of Northwestern. (You are referring to the group of Salache, McMahon, etc over on Kingsbury, right?)
This is my first and when I called for an appt, I basically was assigned to Dr. V. So far, I love her. She's very easy to talk to. Great bedside manner. I've only seen one other Dr. of the practice (Dr. Dugan) and she was very nice too - I think I met her at the 16 week appt, so there wasn't all that much going on.
I will admit, I'm fairly low maintenance, so as long as my doctors are pleasant, can answer my questions and don't make me feel like I'm a pest, I am very happy.
