Med for gas pains?

This is embarrassing.... but my tummy really hurts from my Go Lean Crunch breakfast and I left my med list at home.

Are there any meds for this that are safe to take?

My list says simethicone...so I guess whatever thats the active ingredient in!

Looks like Gas-X or Mylanta Gas

I have totally had to cut out dairy products because my gas pains were so bad. It really helped. I actually took some of my DS's Mylicon (sp) and it helped a little- it was actually on my approved list and I already had it in the house. Hope you can get some relief soon.

Gas X! Was a HUGE relief, gas pains were causing me to vomit and double over in tears. Finally found Gas X and use it when I think I ate something that will make me gassy. Don't have any problems anymore!
