Vaccines yesterday

We are on a revised schedule but DD got two shots yesterday.

I had to keep her up from a nap to go to the Dr, so when we got home she slept like 2 hours, and I was thinking she was fine. But then a little while after she woke up, she started screaming, so hard, the injection sites were hot and big lumps

That's prob the first time I started to tear up when my kids have gotten shots. I was totally unable to console her and she had that horrible high-pitched scream. DD was squeezing little tiny tears out and the screaming got worse and worse, fortunately the baby Tylenol kicked in pretty fast, and she actually got a good night's sleep. Poor thing!
