Pediatrician consultation

We are going to meet with a pediatrician and we don't really have a list of questions prepared to ask him.  This dr has been a reputable pediatrician in town for many years, he was even my husbands pediatrician.  Can anyone give me some good questions we will want to ask???

    Personally I wouldnt go to a peditrician that either myself or my husband used.  I just feel that esp if the peds was already practicing for awhile when  i was growing up and now im almost 26.  I want a doctor that ha sbeen to school recently.

    I would think about the type of approach you want to take with your childs care, esp. concerning vaccinations. Then once you figure that out make sure the ped is in line with what you want. The biggest complaint my friends have had with their ped is that they want to do things one way and feel their ped is pushing back and wont' do it. Vaccines are the biggest issue.
