Thursday- tacos with hard shells that I'll fry up
Friday- I don't cook on Friday's!!!
Sat- chicken noodle soup with (frozen egg noodles)

Tonight- a tube of ground sausage from dollar store
Wed- chicken quarters with lots of lard
Thursday-73% ground beef and bread with no veggies
Friday-fermented cheese with lime whey.
I kid, I kid.
I'm not organized this week, I don't have a menu plan;)
Roast chicken with cumin, coriander and honey and Moroccan vegetable couscous (I'll turn the leftovers into soup)
Roast leg of lamb (leftovers will be lamb pita sandwiches with tzadziki sauce and cucumbers)

Wed-crab cakes with salad and baked potatoes
Thur-pot roast in the crock pot
Fri-Lobster Raviolis
Sat-prob leftovers from T's birthday party that is earlier in the day

Wednesday - loaded baked potato soup, ciabatta
Thursday - zesty chicken and broccoli casserole
Friday - BBQ chicken quesadillas, Mexican rice

We don't have a plan other than that we have a frozen lasagna in the freezer. I didn't even make it-- it's Stouffers. We need to go to the grocery store!

That should get us to at least Thursday-Friday. I'm being treated as if I have GD so I need to eat meat for dinner to get enough protein in.
Tues: Pan sauteed pork chops with apple
Weds: Spag and meat balls
Thurs: stir fried chicken and veggies over rice
Fri: pot roast in crock pot with carrots and potatoes
Sat: take out
I made two meals last night for the next few nights.

Chicken thigh, braised with bell peppers/onions/and barley
We will have mushroom ravioli sometime this week too
Tonight -- breakfast for dinner!
Tomorrow -- Pioneer Woman's chicken spaghetti (this RULES!)

Friday -- homemade supreme calzones (Fridays are now homemade pizza night!)
