Friend's mother died suddenly.
I just found out that my close friend's mother just died suddenly yesterday. She just dropped on the floor of their kitchen and her dad tried CPR and she died shortly after they got to the hospital. They were really close and we are all in shock. Her mom was this bubbly vibrant woman and so young. My heart just ACHES for her right now.

Something like this happened with one of my friends recently too.. It was REALLY hard. I actually think I took THAT a lot harder than my own grandmother dying.

So sad.....I would be so lost without my mom. I talk to her 3 or 4 times a day!
This is one of my biggest fears now that I'm not in my hometown anymore. My dad wasn't really in the best health and I was so afraid something would happen to him and I wouldn't be able to get there soon enough. Something finally clicked in his head because he's finally taking care of himself! He made his new years resolution - he's eating healthier and working out daily. He's lost 17 lbs so far this year, and I feel so much better about his health.
