Babies: 3 - 6 Months

Don't know if anyone does Yoga, but...

I found the cutest book. It's called Itsy Bitsy Yoga. Its baby Yoga!! So far it's a really good read. The techniques and poses can be used from newborn to toddler with new ones introduced at each developmental milestone, example: almost sitting.  I can't wait to try it with DS. He loves to move and roll and play but sometimes I feel like I run out of things to do with him. Hopefully this will help fill in that gap.

It's really simple and you  don't need Yoga experience to do it.

  • I love yoga and pilates! I'll look for that book...I hope DD will take classes w/ me when she gets older.
  • I just looked into it and I'm going to go out and buy it from Chapters tomorrow. All the review are really good ... 4 or 5 star.

    Thanks for the post

  • Someone gave me this book at my shower.  I've never even looked at it Embarrassed  Not sure why because I do yoga myself.  I'll have to go get it off the shelf.

  • I'll have to check this out... the instructor of my postnatal yoga class recommended it also.
  • I so wish I could find a Mommy and Me Yoga class but no one in my area offers it. I thought about calling one of the local studios and asking if there has been any interest in one. I would love to have a place where I could do yoga and meet other moms.
