Baby Depot in SLP?

So, I went there today to check it out. My question: is it always such a dump?

I could find no one to help me. There weren't price tags on the majority of the stuff. The parking lot was all pot holes and most of the customers looked they had crawled out of dumpsters.

I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Which I was bummed about because I was hoping to find some stuff I needed.

Did I go on an off day or is it really that bad?

    I feel that way about that location, I have good luck with the Apple Valley one.

    No, the one in SLP is a total sh!thole. We went to the one in Blaine (or there abouts) to order our nursery furniture (it was inexpenisve and had GREAT ratings in Baby Bargains). The people at that location were slightly  better, but the staff was at least friendly. However, they could not do basic math (had to talk them through how to calculate my discount) and when the stuff came in it took them 3 hours to find it in the warehouse (they almost sent one of someone elses pieces... my DH said lucky I was not there because I would have told them to cancel the order).

    Nope, it's always kind of grungy.  Plus it's really hard to find for the first time!
