  While I guess it is technically a STI it can be transmitted by any direct contact such as kissing or from mother to fetus.  I just read it is not highly communicable but can be spread by direct contact.

  So many people have it, and there is apparently no risk to it that they don't even test you for it unless you are considering alternative insemination, and even then if you have it, they don't even mention it.  

  Apparently the only danger *may* come when it is transmitted at pregnancy.

  Lots and lots of people have it, but since I don't, I have to choose a donor who does not have it because to get it at the same time as I were to get pregnant would potentially cause birth defects.  I would more than double my pool of potential donors if I could pick it up. All those years of being a good girl are NOT PAYING OFF.

  Looking for ideas here.   

  ????!!!! I have never heard of anyone wanting something like this....
