When one nostril is stuffy and running and no matter how much I blow it, it stuffs right back up.  Stoopid cold!!!

    Have you tried a saline nasal rinse? My last cold was helped by this tremendously. It took me a minute to get over the fear of shooting something up my nose but once I did, I was hooked.

    Hrmm  this is something I can use while pg because its just saline right?  I'm making DH pick some up on his way home.  I am miserable.
