Hi everyone, The TTC Prayer Group is a support group utilizing the power of prayer. If you want to join we will assign you a prayer buddy and all you have to do is simply include that person in your prayers. Very simple-yet powerful!!! Feel free to search under TTC prayer group and check in at whatever time of day. If you want to join the group and be linked up with a prayer partner please provide the following info: your name, if you choose, your email address, your age, if you are TTC baby number 1, 2, etc, and how long you've been trying. I am Suzanne, 39 years old, and my DH and I have been trying to have a baby for four years. In 2008, we had undertaken fertility treatments and had four IUIs ? all BFNs. We got our BFP after completing our first IVF cycle. Unfortunately, however, I had a missed miscarriage and a D&C on September 17. We will try IVF again in the summer.
I am Jessica; after TTC with PCOS for almost a year DH and I have been blessed with a miracle through IVF. Our daughter is due May 19th, 2010.
For this week, February 15-19, Jess will post between 11:30 to 12:30 Central Standard time. For next week, February 22-26, Suzanne will post between 8:00 to 10:00 Eastern time.

PinkRoses: Her ultrasound went great and they got to see the HB! Please pray for a H&H 9 months!
Shotzie: On Saturday, she visited her sister and her sister?s new baby! Her name is Grace and she was born at 5:04pm on Thursday evening. The baby and Shotzie?s sister are both doing well. Thanks for the prayers!
Borst-Plotz: She passed her glucose test!
Diva: Her 2nd ultrasound went great-baby looks like a baby J She measured right on track at 9w3d with a hb of 165. Please pray for a continually H&H 9 months!
Softskate: She got her BFP right before starting fertility testing! She had her first u/s and measured right on track at 8w3d with a hb at 174! She?s going to start GD and Pre-E testing and monitoring her BP because of her weight, please pray the tests come back negative!! Also pray for a healthy pregnancy and baby!
Special Prayer Requests:
Perry: Her husband applied for a new job that will help them to be more financially stable with their growing family! Please pray he is able to get an interview and job offer!
Llp: She just ended her first injection cycle with AF. On the bright side though she gets to start another cycle again! She has an ultrasound tomorrow (2/8), please pray for no cysts so they can start another cycle right away!
Shotzie: She hopes to have her baby by Valentine?s Day. Her next appointment is tomorrow (2/12) and she?s hoping they?ll either schedule an induction for the weekend or they?ll be able to strip her membranes and hopefully get labor started. She?s been having lots of Braxton hicks contractions the last couple days (and nights) so she?s hoping things will get moving soon! Please pray that her baby will be born soon!
KyleneD: They discovered blood in her son BJ? stool and are having him tested for food allergies. They have been unable to get BJ?s blood drawn for tests. Please pray that they will be able to get him tested soon and find out if he has any allergies.
Zanymermaid: She went to her ob/gyn today for her yearly exam and her ob/gyn noticed a cyst in her right breast. She will be having a mammogram on 2/16. Please pray that everything is okay.
Borst-Plotz: A fellow nestie and friend of Borst-Plotz?s just had her 20 week ultrasound. Her friend found out that she is having a boy, but he has some serious health problems. He may have a chromosome disorder and possibly problems with his brain, but his heart is missing a valve as well as some other issues. Her friend and her friend?s DH don?t know if the baby is going to make it or what the perinatologist can do but please pray for their family and him.
p_panda: Her appointment with her fertility doctor is on 2/12. Please pray that it goes well!
magdalina.h: Unfortunately baby Aidan passed away yesterday afternoon (2/9/). Ladies, please keep Aidan and his family in your prayers.

Hoosiergurl: She is 38 years old and she and her DH have been TTC since April 27. She has tried clomid three times (1 with IUI). Her RE told her and her DH that IVF with ICSI is their only option. Please pray for a BFP!
KSquared26: She?s 30 years old, ttc#1, and has been off birth control for two months. Please pray for a BFP.
Rac20285: She?s 24 years old, ttc#1, and has been trying since September 2009. Please pray for a BFP.
Emily: She is 25 years old, ttc #1, and this is her first month off of birth control. Please pray for a BFP.
LovedByHim: She is 23 years old and has been ttc #1 for 1 year now. Please pray for a BFP soon!
PinkParisk: Not a new member, but someone that posted yesterday (2/2) that she was praying for each of every one of us!! How amazing is that. Please just keep her in your prayers also, that their financial planning and lifestyle changes can bring on a successful period of TTC in 2011!
Lori: She is 26 and has been ttc#1 for 12 months. She does not ovulate and has a diagnosis of hypothalamic amenorrhea. Please keep her in your prayers.
Mary: She is 30 and ttc#1 for five months. She is currently in her two week wait period.
Teacheril: She is 30 years old, has been married for 2 years, and is ttc#1.

We would like to reassign prayer partners if needed. If your prayer partners hasn?t been checking in or emailing and you?d like a new one please let us know. We?ll do some reassigning this week! Have a wonderful week ladies! Thank you so much for all your support and prayers!
GROUP UPDATE: -If you have any upcoming events (appointments, birthdays, anniversaries, etc) be sure to let me know so I can post them in the events section!! All ladies TTC ? please pray for continued strength, patience, and understanding as they struggle each cycle. Provide them comfort when AF arrives or they see a BFN on the test stick.
NEW MEMBERS: WELCOME!! Basically just check in daily and pray for your prayer partner. Most prayer partners also e-mail, chat, etc to each other about what they?ve been going through and support each other.

QOTD: My husband did buy me something (after I pretty much told him what I wanted) it was a home decor thing, so he gets points no matter what.
Update: Our appointment went well on Friday. We didn't do anything at the appointment, other than just discuss the plans for what's going to happen and what tests I need to have done. I am still waiting till the end of this week or weekend to see if AF comes, if it does, then I will have to have 3 bloodtests on day 3 of my cycle. Otherwise, if I am pregnant, then there will be LOTS of Tears of Joy and laughing and smiling and hugging, and well whatever other exciting things.
I appreciate all the prayers. Thanks!

update: we had an extra ultrasound today since i have continued to have spotting on and off. and we had a heartbeat!!! it was too soon to be sure if it's beating fast enough, but we had a beautiful yolk sac and heartbeat. we'll be able to time it at the ultrasound on the 18th and make sure it's beating at the right rate. thanks so much to all of you for your prayers.
QOTD: We didn't exchange gifts or cards this year. We normally go to a nice restaurant but we didn't make reservations this year since yesterday was my due date and I haven't been feeling up for doing much recently. We just went to a nearby place for dinner and came home and watched a movie.
Update: I thought I was in labor last night! We went to the hospital at 5am this morning and got sent home around 8am. Of course my contractions stopped pretty much as soon as we got to the hospital. I'm still only a fingertip dilated, but at least they confirmed I'm in "early labor" so things are starting to get going. I'd appreciate your prayers that I'll know when it's the real deal and that I won't freak out.
I managed to stay calm while we were there today but when I realized they were sending me home, it made me anxious for what it's going to be like when real labor hits.

QOTD: We did not exchange Valentine's gifts this year. I haven't ventured outdoors (except dr appts) and DH has been home for 2 weeks (weather and a cold). Therefore neither of us purchased a gift for the other. But it was still a wonderful day...we went to church with BJ for the first time! BJ doesn't like church too much...it's very loud and you sit for way too long (BJ likes you to walk around while holding him). We ended up leaving early but it was because the electrician was waiting for us at the house (we had some power issues over the weekend).
Shotzie - I denied I was in labor until the triage nurse told me I was 5 centimeters dialated. All the way to the hospital I told my husband it was false labor and that we were going to be sent home. Boy was I wrong! I'll be praying for you when the time comes!
