  My dh just leaves it sitting on the top.  Apparently it is that hard.

  LOL, yep, that deserves a throat punch.  Although I will say I am occasionally guilty of forgetting a pee diaper on the floor in D's room.  In my defense, though, the genie is in a different room and I have pregnancy brain.

  and it is THAT hard...I'll come home at night to diapers that have sat in the LR all freakin day.

  at least your DH wadded it up. mine just leaves it laying on the floor. I wanted to die/kill him the day izzy walked out of her room rubbing a pee diaper all over her face and neck. thank god it wasnt poopy.
