Our stroller broke. I contacted the manufacturer and they'll replace the broken part (the chassis in this case). HOWEVER, in the form I have to fill out they ask for the receipt. I deleted the damned email and the place I bought it from, babystyle.com, either went under, changed names or merged because now I get redirected to another site and I can't log in to retrieve the order confirmation.
If I can't get this stupid stroller replaced because of my own dumb mistake, I'm going to be pissed! The stroller is unusable.

Can you try calling the customer service number on the new babystyle site? I know they went ouf of biz, but maybe the new company retained or has access to old sale info...?

how the heck did your chassis break? from opening it or closing it?
can you call them and see if they could use the information on the stroller bar? i gave that info to them when ds bit through the handle bar and they sent me a new one but i don't know about the chassis. GL!
