Our favorites are her ranch style chicken, chicken speghetti, and chicken fried steak (well this is DH's favorite)

The chicken spaghetti is my favorite thing in the world now. Penne ala Betsey is also good, but since you aren't a big shrimp eater maybe use chicken instead? Steak bites are amazing and you have to make the crash hot potatoes. You won't regret it

Crash hot potatoes are great. Yesterday we made her Drip Beef and it was to die for as well - we used the recipe with the peppers. I also love, love, love her buttered rosemary rolls.
