I thought you were supposed to dissolve them in water? That's what I did and then used a little syringe to put over his gums. That never did the trick for Evan, only motrin has ever worked. But we would just wait to see if he woke up and would give it to him then.
ETA: you know...I think I'm thinking of a different product that had little pellets, not really a tablet. I can't remember what it was called even. Oops!
I stuck one under his tongue, it melted REALLY fast!
You can do either, dissolve in water or stick under tongue. We just got them, I am not sure how well they work. I am sticking with Motrin at night, at least until I know how well they work!
When Eve was littler I tried to get them under her tongue so they would dissolve and she wouldn't choke on it or swallow it whole.. Now that she is bigger, she basically chews them.
