2nd Trimester

Anyone else with a breech?

Does anyone else who has a breech baby feel like the kid is using your cervix as a trampoline?!  I can feel her moving up high but it's like she is pushing off of my cervix with her feet first.  It's not painful, just weird.

  • Yes, totally! I don't remember this with my first pregnancy. This little guy is constantly kicking me way down low and way inside. I feel smaller movements to the side and above my belly button. I think those are his hand punches!

  • I feel the kicks real low sometimes and at one point seemed like shed stretch and push on me real low felt weird.. now she still kicks low but its more to the side..so hopefully she stays away from the cervix :D

ditto this.  i don't know if its his positioning or general differences with a 2nd baby but i feel like he's trying knock on the door down there.  it's going to get annoying if he doesn't start utilizing some of the space up top!

  • DS never turned, so was always breech.  I felt him almost constantly on my cervix and bladder.

  • LO is always kicking down there.  Sometimes I swear her little feet are going to pop out she feels so low and kicks so hard on my cervix!

At what point should I get worried about her 'flipping' over?

  • I think if they are going to flip they will do it by 35-36 weeks.

  • My doc said it's not really anything to worry about until 34 weeks or so.
