let me start off saying: it was GOOD. and that's after i let it marinate for 2 hours instead of the recommended overnight. i'd use a little less cumin next time as it is a very strong spice and kind of clouded out the rest of the spices. anyway, it gets a Yes from h and me:)

That looks good. But I totally read that as PB chicken and thought 'yuck'

it was either that or the ground coriander.

Jeesh. I'll more than likely never use either spice again. OH. My co-op has spice dispensers. That's helpful.
