  • It is a bit of a crazy week as we are heading off on a road trip on Friday and I will be at the salon for ages on Thursday night.

    Monday: Chicken and Mango stirfry served with egg noodles

    Tuesday: Spicy Mexican-Style Zucchini casserole

    Wednesday:Chicken and Broccoli Pasta with Red Pepper Tapenade

    Thursday: Chilli Mac

    Friday:Will be on the road so not sure

    Saturday: Wedding reception buffet dinner

    Sunday: Will be on the road so not sure

    Mon- Hamburgers and sweet potato fries

    Tues- Salsa chicken, rice and beans

    Wed- Pizza pasta casserole(new recipe I am going to try)

    Thurs- Tacos

    Fri- Breakfast for dinner...We will be OOT at my grandparents house for my Papaw's 80th birthday dinner and he LOVES breakfast so my Mamaw will fix breakfast for dinner!!!

    Sat and Sun- We will still be OOT so not sure.

  • I've only got three days worth.

    Monday - PW enchiladas modified as chicken enchiladas verde

    Tuesday - shrimp po'boys with king cake

    Wednesday - braciole 

    And then I'm not sure. :)

  • Welcome back!  I hope you had a great time.  It occurred to me yesterday that my sister was on a cruise this week too.  Did you take Carnival to Belize City, Cozumel and Rattan?

    W- salmon pesto pasta

    T- beef stew

    F- florentine raviolis with chunky veggie sauce

    S- Swedish meatballs over egg noodles

    S- take-out

  • Sun--Homemade veggie calzones (I used TJ's dough)

    Mon--Leftover veggie calzone, ravioli with tomato sauce, salad

    Tues--Crunchy baked cod, brown rice, peas

    Wed--Quiche made with whatever I find in the fridge (probably cheese, peppers, spinach, bacon), and homemade crust 

    Thurs--Leftovers

    Fri--Takeout

    Sat--Our overnight downtown (at the Mandarin, woo hoo!) for my belated bday, finally!

  • What a great way to get ideas!  These meals sound yummy!

    Here's mine:

    M - chili and cornbread

    T - Hamburger Helper

    W - soup and grilled cheese

    Th - Easy Quiche (from allrecipes) and fruit

    F - spaghetti and meatballs

    Sa - out

    Su - not sure
