Benefits

Hello Soon to be Des Moines Moms! Do any of you have ideas about any benefits offered for hospital stays or maternity leave? My work offers medical insurance and the basics but we are looking for possible options outside of that. I have heard some great things about aflac. Any other thoughts or suggestions? Thank you!
