I have an appt for a level 2 ultrasound tomorrow to see how the babies are growing. Someone told me you can find out gender at 16 weeks - anyone find out this early?
Our techs would never guess until our 20-week u/s. I think that was because we were having girls and they just wanted to be sure : ) When I had our ultrasounds with our boys it was always very obvious... so I suspected that we would hear the twins were girls because I never saw anything on the earlier ultrasounds!
They guessed correctly on both DDs at our NT scan at 12w6d.

The tech was pretty sure about Baby A but less sure about Baby B. She did say though (even about Baby A), "It's still early so don't go buying blue yet."
It was at our 16wk level two checkup we found out we were having boys. Around this point they do a full anatomy scan of both babies so they should be able to tell you, unless you have a crossed leg mover like we did! But he did give us a quick peek at his package before flipping around LOL!!
P.S. the genitalia starts forming at 13wks if I remember from all the baby books correctly. GL
We found out B/G at 16 weeks but I am holding off on purchasing anything gender specific until after it's confirmed at 20 weeks. Just in case! FWIW, this was the guess they made at the 12w u/s.
Re: XP: Finding out gender at 16 weeks?
It's definately possible especially if one/both are boys.
I found out with Emerson at 11 weeks with CVS testing.
I'll find out in two weeks with these two via the CVS testing again.
We found out that Baby A was a boy at 14 weeks and they were 75% Baby B was a girl. They confirmed at 16, 18, and 20 weeks.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

we found out at 16 wks. We were given a guess at our NT at 12.5 wks--MFM said B/G, but it was confirmed G/G at 16 wks and again at 20.
