Stupid money pit house!!!!!!!!

The kitchen sink is leaking.  Well, at least we know why the kitchen smelled now :(  I've been searching the past 2 days.  UGHHHHH.

    UGH! That sucks. Sounds like our house. If it isn't one thing it's another. I'm done with homeownership. It's too stressful.

    The faucet or the pipes?  Either could be a cheap or simple fix- if it's a pipe some plumber's tape or a new o-ring for the faucet.  These are very common problems and something a non-pro can easily do.

    I think it's the pipe, but it may very well be the garbage disposal, which broke over the summer so we haven't used it in about 6 months or more.  I'm praying it's the pipe.  We cleaned everything out and my FIL is coming to help fix it.  Our house smells sooooo awful right now, though, and I'm kind of afraid of WHY.  Water alone wouldn't do that...
