  Are you going to the one downtown or in Snyder/Williamsville?  I feel like they are both similar, but for some reason the one downtown felt more casual to me?? It's been awhile since I was there so I can't say for sure, but I think jeans are fine.  A lot of people go just to get soup there.

  Kim, Call ahead!! My office just tried to get food from them yesterday and the Elmwood location is closed as of last Friday. I don't know if this is the same for the Williamsville location. I have to admit that I am really disappointed because they had the best soup, food, and atmosphere.

  It is a fairly informal place so jeans would be appropriate but if you wanted to dress up a little bit you would be fine.
