help my ring is stuck

I haven't worn my rings since like 34 weeks..so i tried my engagement ring on and it fit..so i took it off and put my wedding band on I couldn't really get it on so my hubby says "just shove it on" so i do and now my finger is blown up all day and I can not get the band off..........

Help..it is so red and bloated..I tried hot water n soap no luck..and lotion..any other solutions....... I also went for a manicure and they were no help

I just had a jeweler we know open his store n get the tools and come over and cut it off...what a relief now they believe I need it resized
