We're having her party from 4-5:30 on a saturday afternoon. There will be a handful of kids, but mostly adults.
We'll have 3-yo, 3-2yo, 2-5yo, maybe a 1st grader and about 13 adults. Besides cake and presents, what is there to do? We're having a ladybug theme. Help! TIA
Re: I need help with DD's first bday party
I did a ladybug theme too. I agree with others that you don't need much. I planned on getting live ladybugs for the kids to release (it was an outdoor party) but our plant nursery ran out that day. All we had for kid fun was a jumper...that kept them busy the entire time.
I bought this stuff: https://www.1stwishes.com/LadyBugs-Oh-So-Sweet-1st-Birthday-Party-Supplies/58141/PartyKitDetail.aspx
very cute!
And for party favors I had saved up all our Gerber baby food jars, took the labels off and washed them, and got pink and white m&m's and filled them up then placed a cute ladybug sticker on top and tied a bow around the jar. they were a hit!
