Fun local places for a girls night?

I need a girls night with my girlfriends, but want to keep it cheap and local if possible.  I'm thinking we'd stay overnight someplace as one of my friends lives in western Wisconsin.  Any fun places around the twin cities or surrounding area that would be fun for a girls night?  Dinner, drinks, etc.?  Not sure if we're downtown girls.  We don't do clubs and that kind of thing.  I think we're more low key than that.  Any ideas?

    Find a good deal on a hotel and get a suite. You could go out to dinner somewhere and then come back to the hotel and have a slumber party (use a cab too, if needed).

    The casino's have really good deals right now, and it would be a fun night out with the girls. You can get dinner, drinks, get dressed up and do it all in one place or go out somewhere too.

    ditto a casino--catch a cheesy show, gamble, get a suite. not all casinos in MN serve booze, so maybe check that out before deciding...
