I second the heating pad! It made a huge difference with my cramps

Tylenol, heating pad, hot shower, and today I'm trying acupuncture and more abdominal massage to draw out the excess fluid.
Beautiful Miracle Baby lost at 21 weeks due to pre-term labor and incompetent cervix. FET#1 BFN, FET#2 BFP, early loss. FET#3 BFN. IVF#2 BFFN. FET #4 BFP after removing bilateral hydrosalpinx and 3 months of lupron depot. Sticky Bun is here!!

Salty foods and make sure you empty you bladder ofter, even if you don't think you need to go.
You can use a heating pad and take Tylenol .
I also get up an move around if I start to really hurt, that helps too.
If you've not have a bowel movement, you can use glycerin suppositories, that will help too.

mine got better by about day 4 only thing i found was just taking the pain reliever they gave me and the gatorade
