I don't know if this is cheaper but I started using Bare Minerals a few months ago and I love it....it lasts a long time though so it could work out to be cheaper!

Good question! I usually do not wear foundation, or any makeup besides mascara for that matter, so I am interested in what other gals have to say! I am always looking for a rec!
I use CG tinted moisturizer. It's inexpensive and I figure since I get a lot of compliments on my skin, it's gettin the job done.

I've used Revlon's ColorStay for years now, and I can't find anything else that will give me the coverage that I need. Mineral foundations don't work for me because my skin is too dry thanks to hormones. ColorStay is great because if it goes on too thick I can add water or moisturizer to it. hth

Laura Mercier. It's not cheaper I am sure but I love it. You can go to Sephora & try a bunch to see which one you like. My tube usually lasts me about a year though.
I hardly ever wear make-up, just on special occassions.
I use MAC concealer (not the tube the round conatiner) where needed and loose powder.
One thing I would suggest, if you don't use one, is a foundation brush, it helps with coverage and you will use less.

Those of you who use the Revlon Colorstay, how do you apply it? I use the BareMinerals foundation. I'm not crazy about it and am thinking of trying the Revlon but it's been so long since I used a traditional foundation I don't even know how to apply it!!

Wet N Wild Tinted Moisturizer. I swear by it. It's $3.99 a bottle!
I've tried dozens of expensive foundations and I always go back to this.

I used to use MAC's Studio Fix Fluid but after seeing tons of recs and praise for Revlon's Colorstay on the F&B board, I decided to give it a try.
I'm in LOVE. By far the best foundation I've ever used (and I've tried a ton..Clinique, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Chanel) and it is cheap!
And Revlon just came out with a new Photo Ready foundation that I've heard is great, too. I'm going to use that for my dad's wedding.

No, it isn't. I'm not sure but I think that is a Maybelline foundation.

I use Covergirl w/Olay, I really like it. I'm older though (37) so you might NOT need the age defying advanced radiance.
I don't know the price but it's cheaper than Lancome for sure.
