I think I'm miscarrying

Ugh.  Red blood and clots.  It started yesterday with just a little pink spotting but has gotten increasingly worse.  I've just felt off all morning with bad cramps and nausea. 

I have an appointment for 2 o'clock today that was originally scheduled to be my first ultrasound.  Maybe I'm wrong.  I really hope this isn't happening but it's not looking good.  Any thoughts and prayers would be appreciated.
