  Login.  They can't ban IP addresses, because then (for example) all the people working in one office building would be banned, when they were just trying to ban one.

  Actually, they ban screennames. If you get banned, you can still login and change your e-mail address. You can then take this e-mail address and create a new login, wait three days and post again.

  Once you tire of that new SN and your ban has been lifted, you can change your e-mail address back.

  Or so I've heard....

  or one may or may not have created a SN from way back that they didn't like and kept it in their back pocket for later use.
