I am starting to think about G's bday party (yes it isn't until May) and I would like to do Sid the Science Kid. G LOVES watching this show. Obviously he doesn't get the "science" stuff and will only be one, but most of his " friends" are older so they could totally have fun with the theme. I can't find anything online so far for Sid, but I did see science party stuff. I thought about having some "experiements" for the kids and found a cute idea to make lab coats out of t shirts, etc. Ok you imaginative crafty ladies....Please through out some ideas of what else we can do.
The guest list is probably going to be large so by ideas I mean inexpensive ideas ![]()

For favors you could get wooden rulers and paint the guests names on them. I know there is a show about measurement.
DS loves that show too!

I love pp idea of the "notebook" and crayons... since that's on every episode. What about the microphone? Maybe if you can find something with a little green mircophone on it that would be good too. I know you can watch episode clips on PBS kids too if you want to watch a few episode for ideas.
If you can find a picture of Sid you can always get that put onto a cake. Also with the pic of Sid you can print them out and glue them to different things to make them personalized. Like buy balloons, notebooks, etc. in plain bright colors and glue the picture onto them.
You should do something with the shapes on the "playground" equipment that they usually do the jokes from... the ones with the doors that open up. Hopefully you know what I mean.
