reflux wedge question

Does anyone have any tips on keeping LO from sliding down the crib wedge that we're using for her reflux? It's pretty useless right now considering she ends up at the bottom of the wedge. Any other ideas for elevating her head in the crib?

I know your not supposed to but my baby slept in her boppy to keep her head elevated. I tried the crib wedge and she was always at the bottom of the crib tangled in her blanket

I use the infant positioner that came with my snugglenest but she can't use the snugglenest I took out the position thing and just use that. So far it works great.

I placed a receiving blanket covering it cause the material of the wedge is really slippery. Problem solved.
