Just taking a moment to say that the God I believe in wasn't trying to tell me something when I needed IVF to get pregnant with my daughter. Nor was He trying to tell me something when I miscarried. The God I believe in doesn't make women infertile and He certainly doesn't kill babies. It makes me sad that apparently at least one person on this board believes otherwise.

Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

Back in middle school, I accompanied a friend to a church that her grandmother frequented. They basically told us that when you do wrong, God punishes you by causing you harm in other aspects, like miscarriage.
Yeah, I went home & told my mom how that sentiment really bothered me, and I just don't believe that.
Scenarios and thoughts like that are reasons why I'm not a practicing Christian.
I like to think God saved my cousin's daughter from a lifetime of pain and suffering.
I also like to think that Mrs. Bible is stuck under a bulldozer.
