I baked 2 dozen cupcakes while DD was eating dirt from a plant and smearing peanut butter on my laptop keyboard!

    Wow, those look yummy!!  I wanted to make some for my kids too, but the school I'm student teaching at doesn't allow them to have cupcakes, cookies, or any other type of "unhealthy" snack!  They had carrot sticks & apples at their Valentine's party today!  lol

    I'm all for teaching kids healthy habits. I don't allow the kids to have unhealthy snacks but a party is a party, come on!

    Mmmm... I have 24 cupcakes in the oven right now, but mine aren't going to my son's 3rd grade class because they don't allow homemade food for parties. :( These ones are going to the homeless shelter along with a ton of baby food I got for almost free today after sales and coupons!

    Awww, that's awesome! Many of my students live in a shelter. I'm sure it will be very appreciated.
