We just had ours at "My Gym" in Frisco and loved it. (we're also members there.)
There is a "My Gym" in Colleyville as well. Different owners than the one out here, but I've heard from some good friends who have attended bdays there that it was great!
If you are going to have a lot of older kids that will need / want to play on things, you could do Paradise Pond in Grapevine. Its at First Baptist Church and is open to the public for parties and for play time on Thursdays and Fridays. They basically converted the old sanctuary into a huge play room - there's a bounce house with a slide, a big play scape, dress up, tricycles, jumbo legos, a grocery area and a car area. Its a ton of fun. I'm having DS's 2nd birthday there. They start booking 6 months in advance and fill up quickly, so call and see what days are available. The contact is Kirsey.
