How long does your LO nap for?

DD naps for 30-45 minutes. Every now and then she'll take an hour to 1 1/2 hrs nap. I wish she took longer naps ( so I can nap too) she has reflux and I know that keeps her up sometimes. What can I do? Anyway, wondering how long your LOs nap. Maybe this is how most babies are thanks

    I am finding that it completely varies by day.  Maybe it has to do with his age though, I don't know.  Two days ago, he had 2 three hour naps, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.  Yesterday, no nap at all in the morning and just 1 three hour nap in the late afternoon.  Today, small cat naps during the morning and working on a 2 hour nap right now.  I am learning I just have to go with the flow.
