He stays awake all morning!

I'm happy that DS seems to be sleeping well at night now that his growth spurt has passed - we're doing solid 3-4 hr chunks between feedings and he goes right back to sleep for the most part.

But morning is another story! He can't nap and fusses unless he's in my arms, all morning. He's been up since his 5:30 am feeding, has eaten again since then, and just won't/can't fall asleep - it's quarter to 9 my time. This makes it so hard to get anywhere before noon! He yawns and his eyes droop but he just won't go down.

I have to bring my dog to the groomer at 10 and it looks like I'll be going in my pajamas... the ones with baby pee still on them. Yay!

    Do you have a Moby wrap?  That won't help you get a shower though :)  I say put him in the bouncer in the bathroom for 5 minutes.  It's not unreasonable to get clean!

    Yeah, he usually sleeps in the Moby, which does allow me to do housework (oh joy) but not shower or get dressed.

    Right now he is awake but quiet in the bouncer, I'd better try to jump in that shower quick!!
