Valentine craft/art ideas for young toddlers?

Ds is 16 months and I wanted to do a fun craft or baking activity with him on my day off on Friday. He does some coloring at school and obviously he is too young to be cutting stuff up, but is there any cute things you have done before with a dc his age? I also thought about baking and decorating some cookies, but that might be too much for him? I would love some ideas as I am not crafty all all!
