If you took the picture yourself, then you can't beat Costco's prices.. their prints also look fantastic..
If you wanted to go somewhere to get pics done, then Sears is good and for super fast turn around, Picture People out in Clackamas (Clackamas Town Center) isn't bad, but a little more spendy than the others.
I personally get *ALL* of my prints done at Costco, as well as photo cards for Christmas time You can't beat the 1 hour turn around as well, or they'll mail them to you.
I used Wedding Paper Divas for my wedding thank you's and was very impressed with them - I did a really cute grid card and uploaded 6 different pics. I belive they own tinyprints.com and have a huge price range of stuff to choose from.
We used Baby Card Expressions for DD's birth announcements and her 1st and 2nd birthday invitations. We have been very pleased with all of our orders. Totally worth it to us.
