Raspberry leaf tea and B6. I have heard conflicting info about the tea in pregnancy, but most reliable sources say it is okay including my doctor. If you have doubts, ask your doc.
You are not supposed to drink RRL tea during the 1st trimester because it induces small contractions in the uterus. Any other time in pg is ok - it helps to tone the uterus.
I am doing weekly acupuncture and Chinese herbs. My acupuncturist claims that my ute is getting nice and fluffy. OK, so she's kind of a freakshow. But my RE told me to do it so I'm all over it.

Re: what do YOU do to try to thicken your lining?
Hmmm... I have only heard you are not supposed to drink this while Pg.
I have heard both that it's good and bad. But, all my health care people say it's fine.

I have learned that you can drink it while pregnant. In fact there are numerous pregnancy support teas that have the raspberry leaf in it.
I also use pom & raspberry leaf tea to thicken my lining.
Thats good to know.
