Ever since I watched the people on Worst Cooks in America do it, I have wanted too. Now I see this and they are so freaking cute, I want to make them. But I don't have a pasta maker Crying

and I don't want to spend $ on something I am not sure I will use more than once Sad

I saw that episode too and wanted to try it. Hell if they can do it I know I can, but I don't have a pasta maker and the attachment for my mixer is $$.

don't spend buko $$$- just buy some fresh pasta sheets (i think barilla sells them in the grocery stores) & cut them out- walla! no one will know you didn't slave over the pasta itself

and i adore annie's eats!

p.s. i DO have a pasta maker attachment for my kitchenaid mixer and i've used it a grand total of ONCE. eek.

and DUDE- i just made those cookie dough truffles on Sun! they were awesome (so i'm told) i don't like cookie dough though.

But the rolling out of the pasta seems like the most fun and rewarding part. I looked up how much the kitchenaid attachment was and almost fell out.

you're right- it IS super fun but it's also time consuming- eh.

i'd totally ship you mine to play with if you want. it's heavy though- shipping might be a biotch. heh. but i will. for you.

I've got that attachment, and I actually use it. The pasta is worth it! it's so freaking delicious. It is a lot of messy work though
