left over pulled pork ideas?

Anyone have any great ideas for me? We made pulled pork for the super bowl and I am getting sick of eating sandwiches...I am going to freeze soem but thought maybe I could use it in another recipe for dinner tonight?

Have you ever had brunswick stew? It's a tomato based stewed with lots of veggies and pulled pork. Yummy!

I would do pork stuffed baked potatoes. Get some giant baking potatoes and bake them as you normally would. Then split them open and load them up with the left over pork, cheese, chives...whatever you want. Sick them back into the oven to get the pork hot and the cheese melted. Yum. I sometimes do this with leftover chili too.
